In cooperation with student organization Penn State Prime, Penn State’s AD/PR (Advertising/Public Relations) Club hosted its first ever student pitch event with corporate partner Mars-Wrigley Confectionery. 
The Mars-Wrigley team challenged participants to invent a strategic partnership, pairing a candy product with a snack food category item. Participants had a few hours to develop a campaign that included an informed strategy, a basic media plan, and mock creative before presenting findings in a pitch deck.
My team chose to pair DOVE Chocolate with SkinnyPop Popcorn, and we were selected by the Mars-Wrigley representatives as the 1st Place winners of the student pitch competition.
