LG’s new product owners face a flood of emails, app notifications, and support prompts immediately after purchase. With so much coming at once, it can be hard to know what content matters, when to act on it, or how it actually helps them get the most from their new product.
To break through the noise, we developed timely, personalized email newsletters tied to key milestones in product ownership, guiding customers from unboxing to full product mastery. I wrote copy for the TV and dryer versions of the journey.
